Free shipping / delivery on orders of £12 and over!
We aim to fulfil orders as soon as possible.
Where we have sufficient stock this will normally be the same day when the order is received before 14:00, or next day if the order is received after this time.
Normal working days are Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
Orders received on other days will be dispatched on the next working day, e.g. orders received on a Saturday will be posted or sent to courier on the following Monday.
We normally use Royal Mail to deliver orders, either their RM Tracked 48 service or RM 2nd class service when the risk of non-delivery is accepted by the customer.
When the total order value (excluding delivery charges!) is £12.00 or more we offer free delivery.
